The staff service was terrible. No smile, arrogant and ignorance to customer, and when you say thank you and be nice don't expect a reply. When the food is delivered there was no proactive action asking how the food is or do you require anything else, but instead of entertain your customer they will sit at the counter and playing with their phones. 🙄. Really bad customer service. The food is really nice but service should be improved. Thank you.

The food was very good, but the menu should have an explanation what is each dish made off. Is difficult to choose the food.because only you have the title or name of the dishes

That's a great Thai restaurant with genuine Thai food. I've been there with a good Thai friend and we shared and amazing experience. The spicy options are lovely and the bubble tea is amazing. Everything was perfectly cooked. I would love to visit again! The pricing was fair.

If possible less than 1 star... Totally agree with you Sameer....Poor service, no respect for the customer, arrogant, and lazy. Highly not recommended. Made the wrong dish, delivered late, and when called to inform about wrong delivery simply dropped the call. We went to the outlet to complain about delivery. Rather than listening to customer dissatisfaction the lady simply handed over the cash back! Horrible!! Highly not recommended.

The place has a nice easy easy ambience for family and group of people.What I orderedRed Thai curry : comparing the taste from Thailand, and since they are authentic Thai food joint. I would rate it 8/10. Some thing was missing.Also the gravy was watery and not thick coconut milky. Prawn cracker : if it was home made then it was superb. AddictiveThai chicken with basil and chilly : the preparation what I've had in Thailand and this was little off for me. I missed the spice and the punch in this dish.Pad Thai : was ordered by my friend and he says it tasted like tomato ketchup.I will definitely try this place again one more time.

Excellent Thai food! Fast, friendly, clean, and fresh. They have an upstairs eating area as well, so lots of room. Delivery is available as well! I would definitely go there if you want great Thai food!

For you like thai restaurant i would recommend to go thai snack or thai smile. Both are nice thai restaurants in qatar. & i dont recommend sawasdee thai restaurant because Fish on the tom yum soup not fresh. Pad thai noodle taste not good. Waitress took dine plate before i finished all even there was not to much customer.

Absolutely amazing! Thai is my favorite food ever, and finally found a really good Thai restaurant in Qatar. Good service, nice and clean place, the food is delicious. Not expensive, not cheap; just average prices.

Brought my friend and his wife before sending the latter off to the airport. I was craving for Thai food and that's the nearest restaurant along Salwa Road. We ordered their bestselling hotpot and tried their bubble milk tea and sticky rice with mango dessert. It's a little pricy compared to another restaurant in Al Nasser but the place is clean and looks posh. The Filipino waiters/delivery boys were very helpful.

One of my favorite Thai restaurants in Doha! It is in the middle in terms of prices (not cheap and not expensive), offers amazing steamed seabass for a reasonable price.

Poor service , stewards were least interested in attending, not approachable not recommendation were shared as we were first timers to visit the restaurant. The selection of drinks and salads are nice , soup was good , but the main course Thai green curry was not at all flavourful.The main course was served first before the soup and salads. Overall had a very bad experience , a total no go for a second visit , I d rather choose jasmine Thai restaurant even though it's a little overpriced.

Waste of money, absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 3 boba milk tea without ice for take away, ended up with 1 and half as all cups were only half full. upon query, the receptionist said you ordered without ice so we keep the glass only half full. Never going there again.

This restaurant has been located in a good location, cleaness of the place seemed up to standard. They got a good presentation in the menu and helpful images attached. However, they have to attend more for customers, I often found waiters and waitresses standing but not checking on the customers' needs unless they were being asked over and over again. For simple requests, they took a lot of time even though there only few people in the restaurant. Delay and unfriendly manners and lack of communications, they offered a good quality of food but my experience in their service was very low. I doubt if I will be recommending this place to my friends in the future.

Very poor hospitality...no concrete answers...wen wanted to raise some concern upon inquiring if self can speak with the manager was advised she is at home....asked for the managers cellular nbr was replied back by saying she is abroad and we do not have the international nbr. Running a restaurant without a manager surpsing and schocking.Asked for a feedback form was advised post it online.Full care a damn attitude...there are couple of other Thai chains in Qatar which much much better hospitality and service. Would recommend a definate no...

I got served cold food tonight. Plate was hot. But food was NOT. I’m not stupid. I know if the food is freshly cooked or not. I complained about it and the server just took it, and came back after 2mins. I asked if he just microwaved it. He said “Of course.” I ate it inspite of my disgust as I was already dying from hunger at this point. I complained to the wairesses and asked for their manager. The Thai woman was losing her patience and was getting very defensive. They cannot give me any info on the manager who is on vacation. No number. No email address. Surely my complaint will not be heard by anyone. Likely that they cooked my food hours before... and served it to me a while ago. Never coming back here.

Good Thai food and service, lots of parking

This is not the best location for a restaurant, but it's werk worth a visit if you like Thai food. All the dishes I had so far did not disappoint. Very tasty although I ordered extra spicy on subsequent visits and it seems there is no difference. One level of spicy only which is rather mild. Staff were friendly and the meals come out of the kitchen very quickly so there very little waiting time. They also deliver, which is a very convenient option. For me it's my favourite Thai restaurant in all of doha. Very authentic Thai taste

One of the best Thai restaurants in town, have been a couple of times and always enjoyed it.

Food is nice. Price is reasonable. Parking is easy. Location is great. Service can be improved. Must try Mango Sticky Rice, Chicken Pandan and Green Curry.

The food was good. The staff seem to have an attitude especially the male thai server. Also there seems to be a new Filipino lady there who seems new there. She needs to mind her body language as well.
